Coaching for Moms
FAQs

What can I expect from coaching?

There’s nothing harder than being a mom. It's a full-time role that demands boundless love, unwavering patience and relentless dedication.

Yet as rewarding and purposeful as it is, you’re thrown in the deep end with no training on how to maintain your sense of identity, find time for yourself, keep your ambitions and dreams alive, and manage myriad new responsibilities.

Imagine having a personal coach - removed from the chaos and challenges - dedicated to helping you navigate this intricate journey of motherhood.

Just like a sports coach guides athletes to reach their peak performance, a mom coach empowers you to excel in your role as a mother while nurturing your personal growth, ambitions and interests. While I can’t take on the challenges for you, I’ll provide you with the roadmap, toolkit, and encouragement to thrive in your unique journey.

Whether it's setting and communicating boundaries to safeguard your time and energy, crafting a career plan that aligns with your new responsibilities, or transitioning seamlessly back into the workforce, I'm here to provide you with unwavering support. Together, we'll create a safe and nurturing space where you can openly share your challenges, celebrate your victories, and embark on a transformative journey towards becoming the empowered mother you aspire to be.

How do coaching sessions work?

We meet over Zoom for 60 minutes each week. Each session is focused on unblocking something that’s standing in the way of achieving your goals. Sessions combine coaching theory with exercises, sound-boarding and emotional support. They’re highly tailored to your individual circumstances - family/partner dynamics; career aspirations; stage of motherhood and more.

At the start of our coaching relationship, we meet to discuss your current challenges and what you want to get out of coaching, and devise a plan to turn it into reality.

Between sessions, I’m available for continued support through email, voice note and text. Nervous about communicating your boundaries to your husband? I’ll be there for a pep talk. Unsure how to ask your boss for more flexibility? I’ll plan the narrative with you.

It feels scary to invest money in myself. Is that normal?

Absolutely. Especially when you have a new child to take care of. But what many mothers forget, is that YOU ARE WORTH IT. By investing in yourself, you’re investing in your baby, your family and your ability to be a great mom. You’re turning yourself into a better mother - not just now, but in the long-run, so that when your child grows up, he or she will look at you not just as “Mom”, but as an independent, courageous woman who took control of her journey through motherhood and came out the other side with a sense of purpose, identity and joy.

You’ve never been a mom. How can you coach me?

You’re right, I haven’t. I’m not an expert in being a mom. But I am an expert in finding purpose, communicating clear boundaries, life & career planning and helping people to remove limiting beliefs and internal blockers. I’m here to provide you with the tools and tactics to get the most out of motherhood and to act a sound board on all of your struggles.
