ON PAPER
Missed qualifying for the Olympic team, even after 16 years of dedicated training.
Tried to start a business, and failed before it even got off the ground.
Was laid off.
Was lied to by people I thought I could trust.
Drove myself into exhaustion and adopted countless unhealthy lifestyle habits.
Felt like an imposter more times than I can recount.
Been told I “have it all”, yet still feel lost and have no idea what to do with my life.
IN REALITY
As you can see, what’s on paper doesn’t always match reality. Yet I don’t regret any of those hurdles or the mental or emotional challenges I experienced trying to overcome them. It led me to question every aspect of my life, spend years experimenting with different careers and geographies and lifestyles, get myself a coach, and eventually discover my true calling - what I like to call “transition” coaching.
I’m sharing this juxtaposition because I want to normalize “failing” or “struggling” - it’s what makes us human and, navigated well, helps you grow and achieve more than you ever dreamt of achieving. That’s what I’m here to do. I work with professionals, executives, creatives, founders and dreamers to help them define their goals, overcome their unique obstacles, and live their most fulfilled, rich and joyous lives.
I’m here to be your:
Guide - to help you navigate the twists and turns of non-linear paths.
Mirror - to help you see what’s already there.
Accountability partner - to put thoughts and dreams into action.
Confidant - to share things you’re afraid of sharing with friends or loved ones.
Safe space - to play and experiment with dreams and desires.
